Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Neureflect Inc. ("Neureflect," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at neureflect.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect what you enter:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company or organization name, if you provide it
- The topic you select and your message
The form also records your IP address and the time you sent the message. We use these to block spam and abuse, and they are included in the email we receive.
Information Collected Automatically
The web server that hosts the Site records standard technical details about each request in its server logs. These include:
- IP address
- Browser type and version, and operating system
- The page requested and the referring page
- Date and time of the request
The Site does not use analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to your inquiries and contact form submissions
- Communicating about partnership, licensing, or collaboration inquiries
- Protecting the Site and the contact form from spam, abuse, and security threats
- Operating and maintaining the Site
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and its pages do not store information in your browser.
The one cookie you may receive comes from our hosting provider's security filter. When you open the contact page, the form asks our server for a one-time anti-spam token. The security filter may answer that request with a cookie that confirms it comes from a web browser rather than an automated script, and the page stores that cookie so the form can work. This cookie is strictly necessary to protect the form from abuse. Neureflect does not use it for tracking or advertising.
Fonts, images, scripts, and other page resources are served from our own web server. Viewing a page does not load content from third-party services such as font, analytics, or video providers.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the security cookie, the contact form may not be able to send your message.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Our web hosting provider, which hosts the Site, keeps its server logs, and delivers contact form messages to our email.
- Legal requirements: When disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
- Contact form messages: Kept for as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry.
- Spam protection records: The contact form keeps a log of blocked submissions and server errors, which can include IP addresses. Log entries are deleted automatically once they are 90 days old. The record used to limit how often one IP address can send a message is short-lived and deleted automatically.
- Server logs: Kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention practices.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations.
- Opt-out: Opt out of receiving communications at any time.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
European Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, please reach out through the contact form.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
10. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Syrinx. These are ordinary links, not embedded content, so those sites load nothing while you browse the Site. Once you follow a link, the other site's privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
